About me
I work well with individuals and couples, and I often support people navigating persistent stress or anxiety; trauma-related symptoms; and interpersonal challenges. I’m well-versed in trauma-informed approaches to treatment and recognize that no single method fits everyone. Accordingly, I’m trained in several modalities, including eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, emotionally focused couples therapy (EFT), and animal-assisted therapy (AAT). My approach welcomes the full range of humanness—humor, laughter, and vulnerability—while encouraging mindfulness and movement along the way.
When we’re grounded in the here-and-now, we can meet life’s experiences with awareness rather than reactivity. My therapeutic approach discourages the notion that we need to get rid of certain parts of ourselves. Instead, I help clients explore and integrate aspects of who they are, cultivating a more conscious and intentional way of being. Above all, my aim is to create a healing relationship rooted in connection, presence, and growth.
I’ve been in private practice since 2020.
